About Me

My name is Siobhan Keegan and I am a California based visual designer and illustrator with experience working and studying in the USA, UK and Japan. PERT Chart

Further developing the project timeline and goals through a PERT chart (Program Evaluation Review Technique). A PERT chart is a project management tool used as a graphic representation of a project's schedule, showing the sequence of tasks required and if said tasks can be performed either simultaneously or individually in order to meet the projects completion deadlines.
