PERT Chart

Further developing the project timeline and goals through a PERT chart (Program Evaluation Review Technique). A PERT chart is a project management tool used as a graphic representation of a project's schedule, showing the sequence of tasks required and if said tasks can be performed either simultaneously or individually in order to meet the projects completion deadlines.

Research Methods

In this section of the project I began identifying and developing specific research methods to further development of my projects Climate Gallery solution. A project timeline of events was also created to plan out each future step and project goal. As part of my research I am conducting an anonymous survey to help form potential project solutions and directions based on feedback. The survey can be found here:  https://sfsu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8fcG5t8EdFrKaHk

Research Proposal

After evaluating a series of persona scenarios, hypotheses and solutions development of a research proposal began. In this section I started more specifically to define the project and proposed climate gallery solution, developing ways of collecting research and gathering advice from experts and locating secondary resources.

"Day-in-the-Life" Persona Scenarios and Project Development

During this stage I have begun to narrow down the focus, scope and context of the project. This included developing six specific persona's and evaluating their day-to-day needs, abilities and interests.
